In a video released on her YouTube channel on October 21, Seo visited apartments and high-end villas around Guri with the production team.
During the tour, the crew mentioned several celebrities reported to live in the area, including Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin, Park Jin-young, Han So-hee and Nana.
Seo later toured a luxury villa in Achiul Village with approximately 62 pyeong of exclusive-use space and a 12-pyeong terrace. After seeing the large kitchen, dressing room and terrace, she repeatedly expressed how much she wanted to live there.
When told by the real estate agent that the property was priced at ₩4.65 billion, Seo said the timing was not right for her to purchase it and described the house as her new dream home.
The visit eventually led Seo to reflect on how she handled money earlier in her career.
Becoming emotional, she said she regretted both losing years of her life and spending money so freely, questioning where all of it had gone.
Seo also said she wished she had at least used some of the money to help people in need, before adding that although living in an expensive home is not necessary for a good life, seeing the property had given her a new goal.
