
Actress Song hye-Kyo recently shared a friendly photo with Japanese makeup artist Yusuke Saeki.
On September 13, Song posted a black-and-white selfie with Saeki on her personal social media account, writing, “My beloved friend♥.” In the photo, Song is dressed casually in an oversized zip-up hoodie and cap while resting her head on Saeki’s shoulder.
Saeki is a well known Japanese makeup artist, and the two are known to have maintained a longtime friendship.
Meanwhile, Song parted ways with her longtime agency UAA in June after approximately 14 years and is making a fresh start with a new management company.
Her upcoming project is the Netflix original series Slowly and Intensely, which is scheduled for release in the second half of the year. Set against the Korean entertainment industry of the 1960s through the 1980s, the series follows people with little to their names who throw themselves into pursing dreams of success. The cast includes Song Hye-kyo, Gong Yoo, Seolhyun, Cha Seung-won, and Lee Ha-nee.
