Actor Koo Kyo-hwan and director Lee Ok-seop have reportedly been legally married since 2022.
According to Xportsnews, the longtime couple quietly registered their marriage four years ago, making them legally married despite having continued to be publicly known as a couple who had been dating for more than a decade.
Koo and Lee began dating in 2013 and publicly confirmed their relationship in 2020. Two years later, they completed their marriage registration without holding a separate wedding ceremony. The report added that they currently have no plans to hold a wedding.
The two are alumni of Seoul Institute of the Arts and have worked together on multiple film projects over the years. They also jointly operate the production company 2X9HD and have continued collaborating on recent projects.
